Setiap tanggal 25 November dunia pendidikan Indonesia merayakan Hari Guru. Karena nya, kemarin pada Hari Minggu (25/11/2018) dunia maya di ramaikan oleh foto dan tulisan ucapan selamat kepada guru. Puisi, pantun yang menyanjung jasa para guru pun turut meramaikan dunia maya, baik facebook, whatsap,instragram maupun twitter.
Beberapa grup whatsap yang penulis ikuti tidak berhenti membuat gawai penulis bergetar, menandakan ada pesan yang masuk. Dan pesan tersebut semua terkait hari guru. Terutama grup whatsap kelas penulis mengajar, para wali murid menyampaikan ucapan selamat dan doa untuk guru putra – putri mereka.
Hingga malam hari pun gawai penulis masih bergetar oleh pesan masuk yang mengucapkan selamat dan doa untuk guru di beberapa grup.
Ternyata tidak hanya di dunia maya dan hari itu saja perayaan, ucapan selamat dan doa terkait hari guru. Serimonial tersebut berlanjut di dunia nyata dan pada hari ini, Senin (26/11/2018), terkhusus di tempat penulis mengabdi, yaitu Yayasan Masjid Panglima Besar Soedirman. Sebuah Yayasan yang memiliki unit pendidikan dari unit Tempat Penitipan Anak, KB, TK hingga perguruan tinggi (STIE Kusuma Negara dan STKIP Kusuma Negara), serta klinik kesehatan.
Tepat nya di unit KB, TK Islam PB Soedirman serimonial tahunan guru tersebut berlangsung. Dinding – dinding lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini yang telah berusia 42 Tahun tersebut menjadi saksi bisu acara memperingati hari guru yang di selenggarakan oleh komite sekolah.
Di dalam ruangan tanpa dinding, hanya bertiang delapan buah pada pinggirnya dan warga sekolah menyebutnya “aula”, para peserta didik KB, TK A dan B beserta guru dan karyawan berkumpul beralaskan karpet hijau. Sejuknya hembusan angin pagi menerpa kulit – kulit mereka yang telah duduk rapih menghadap podium yang tembok belakang nya (background) terdapat spanduk bertuliskan ucapan Selamat Hari Guru. Dan pinggiran podium nya terpajang rapih hiasan bunga dan balon yang membuat fokus para peserta didik tertuju kepada nya. Di atas mereka, di tiang yang berjumlah delapan, serta dinding depan dekat podium bergelayutan balon – balon beraneka warna yang menambah kemeriahan dekorasi ruangan aula yang berada di depan kelas sekolah tersebut. Turut memeriahkan, bentangan kertas berwarna yang berliuk indah menambah cantiknya suasana aula tempat berlangsung nya acara memperigati hari guru Tahun ini.
Para orang tua peserta didik yang tergabung dalam kepengurusan komite terlihat lalu lalang membawa peralatan yang diperlukan. Sesekali terdengar diskusi ringan di antara mereka sambil merapikan peralatan dan juga beberapa makanan ringan di depan pojok kanan ruangan.
Beberapa orang tua non pengurus komite juga terlihat ikut duduk satu alas dengan peserta didik dan guru, ada juga beberapa orang tua yang berdiri dipinggir aula sambil sesekali mengangkat gawainya untuk mengambil gambar.
Jarum panjang jam dinding yang menempel pada salah satu tiang aula sudah menunjuk ke angka 8. Sejuk nya udara pagi hari masih berasa didalam ruangan meski sinar matahari pagi sudah mulai masuk ikut menerangi ruangan bersama beberapa buah lampu yang terpasang dilangit ruangan aula.
Setelah semua peralatan siap dan semua peserta didik telah terkondisikan duduk rapih, suara pembawa acara mulai terdengar memenuhi ruangan hingga menarik perhatian para hadirin yang ada.Ia menginformasikan akan segera dimulai nya acara. Setelah mengucap salam, bertahmid, bersholawat dan mengucapkan penghormatan, pembawa acara yang merupakan komite tersebut membacakan susunan acara, lalu memimpin membaca surat alfatihah sebagai tanda dibukanya acara memperingati hari guru tersebut.
“Berikutnya adalah acara sambutan dari ketua komite sekolah,yaitu Mamah Haura”. Ucap pembawa acara yang suara nya mulai bersaing dengan suara para peserta didik.
Posisi Ibu Ketua Komite saat memberi sambutan dekat dengan Ibu Kepala Sekolah. Dalam sambutan nya Ibu Ketua Komite mengucapkan selamat hari guru dan mengucapkan terimakasih kepada dewan guru KB, TK Islam PB Soedirman yang telah dan terus mendidik para peserta didik nya dengan cinta kasih, penuh kesabaran dan profesionalisme yang tinggi.
Sebelum mengembalikan microfon kepada pembawa acara, Ibu Ketua Komite bersama ibu – ibu pengurus yang lain menyanyikan lagu Hymne Guru dan Tas Merahku. Dua buah lagu yang sangat akrab didunia pendidikan Indonesia. Peserta didik pun yang telah mengenal lagu ” tas merah” ikut bernyanyi meski suara mereka kalah besar dengan ibu – ibu komite.
“Acara selanjutnya adalah sambutan dari ibu Kepala Sekolah KB, TK Islam PB Soedirman, ibu Fri Corina Sandrawati,S.Si” Ucap pembawa acara setelah menerima microfon dari ibu ketua komite yang telah selesai bernyanyi bersama.
Ibu Kepala Sekolah yang dari awal acara duduk bersama peserta didik dibarisan paling depan bergerak menuju tempat dekat podium untuk menyampaikan sambutannya.
Setelah mengucapkan salam, bersholawat dan memuji. Ibu Kepala Sekolah dalam sambutan nya selain mengucapkan selamat hari guru, beliau juga memberikan apresiasi kepada pengurus komite yang telah mengadakan acara memperingati hari guru ini. Dan beliau berharap kepada Alloh swt keberkahan, kasih sayang nya dan kebaikan untuk seluruh guru, karyawan, orang tua dan peserta didik.
Sebelum menutup sambutan nya, Ibu Kepala Sekolah menyampaikan penghargaan dari Yayasan untuk guru dan karyawan yang berprestasi. Sebuah penghargaan yang rutin Yayasan berikan setiap tahun. “Ibu guru Tahun ini yang terpilih sebagai guru berprestasi adalah Ibu Nur Azizah, S.Pd.I” ucap nya dengan semangat yang disembut gemuruh tepuk tangan dan sorak gembira para hadirin yang ada. “Dan untuk karyawan yang berprestasi adalah Ibu Susilowati,S.Pd”. Ucap nya lagi dengan semangat yang kembali disambut gemuruh suka cita para hadirin.
Kedua nya pun maju mendekat podium untuk menerima penghargaan dari Yayasan yang diberikan oleh Ibu Kepala Sekolah.
Usai Ibu Kepala Sekolah menyerahkan penghargaan dari yayasan untuk guru dan karyawan berprestasi tersebut. Sebelum mengembalikan microfon kepada pembawa acara, beliau mendapatkan tanda kasih dari pengurus komite yang diserahkan langsung oleh Ketua Komite.
“Acara selanjutnya, kita akan menyaksikan pemotongan tumpeng oleh Ibu Kepala Sekolah beserta Ketua Komite”. Begitulah informasi yang terdengar dari suara pembawa acara yang beradu dengan suara anak – anak di udara ruangan aula.
Ibu Kepala Sekolah, Ibu Ketua Komite dan beberapa pengurus komite bergerak bersama menuju meja yang telah berdiri tumpeng berwarna kuning, lengkap dengan asesoris makanan lainnya. Dengan mengucap bismillah, ibu kepada Sekolah memotong tumpeng, suara tepuk tangan pun bergemuruh mengiringi pemotongan tumpeng tersebut.
“Baik, anak – anak silakan duduk tenang. Selanjutnya, kita akan menyaksikan pemberian tanda kasih untuk para guru yang akan diberikan oleh perwakilan siswa kelas”. Ucap pembawa acara menginformasikan acara selanjutnya, yaitu setiap guru kelas akan mendapatkan tanda kasih dari peserta didiknya. Dan tanda kasih setiap kelas berbeda.
” Ibu guru kelas mohon maju ke depan, nanti dua anak dari kelas nya yang sudah dipilih akan memberikan sesuatu”. Ucap Ibu pembawa acara, yang kemudian melanjutkan perkataan nya dengan memanggil guru sesuai kelas nya untuk maju mendekat podium.
Di KB, TK Islam PB Soedirman setiap kelas ada dua orang guru. Khusus kelas penulis, satu guru laki – laki yaitu penulis sendiri dan satu guru perempuan. Guru kelas bergiliran ke depan memenuhi panggilan Ibu pembawa acara. Kemudian dua orang peserta didik, satu laki – laki dan satu perempuan memberikan bingkisan dan juga bunga kepada guru kelasnya. “Selamat hari guru”. Kalimat yang keluar dari mulut mungil mereka saat menyerahkan tanda kasih tersebut.
Setelah selesai penyerahan tanda kasih. Ibu pembawa acara menginformasikan acara selanjutnya adalah pembacaan do’a.
Setelah semua khusu berdo’a, semua dewan guru maju ke depan podium untuk bernyanyi bersama. Dengan posisi berbaris mereka menyanyikan lagi ” Jari” yang dipersembahkan untuk orang tua peserta didik, terkhusus para orang tua yang hadir.
Peserta didik sangat antusias melihat guru mereka bernyanyi dengan gerakan mengangkat jari jempol. Tidak sedikit tangan – tangan mungil mereka ikut bergerak dan suara mereka juga ikut terdengar memenuhi ruangan aula dengan nada lagu jari.
Selesai menyanyikan lagu jari, dewan guru menyanyikan lagu “bila umurku bertambah” yang di iringi oleh tepuk tangan para hadirin.
Selesai guru – guru bernyanyi, pembawa acara mempersilakan peserta didik dan orang tua untuk memberikan ucapan selamat hari guru kepada guru – guru mereka. Dengan tertib mereka baris seperti mengantri dipelaminan untuk mengucapkan selamat kepada pengantin.
“Setelah ini, silakan anak – anak masuk ke kelas bersama mamah – mamah nya. Bapak dan ibu guru tetap disini, silakan menikmati hidangan yang telah kami sediakan. Biarkan anak – anak sama orang tua nya dikelas”. Ucap pembawa acara sambil mempersilakan kepada dewan guru dengan tangan nya.
Perlahan suara peserta didik senyap, yang terdengar jelas tinggallah suara ibu guru. Kemudian ditengah perbincangan para guru, tiba – tiba Ibu Kepala Sekolah berkata hingga membuat perhatian para guru tertuju kepada nya, ” Bapak,Ibu guru dan karyawan ini ada hadiah dari Sekolah untuk bapak ibu semua.Selamat Hari Guru “, ucap Ibu Fri Corina Sandrawati, S.Si penuh suka cita yang disambut suka cita pula oleh para guru dan karyawan.
Setelah memperoleh bingkisan cantik dari Sekolah, para guru dan karyawan menuju ke meja yang telah tersedia makanan ringan di atasnya.
“Berarti hari ini kami santai, ya. Bebas mengajar”, kata salah seorang guru dengan canda kepada Ibu komite yang menuangkan minuman teh kepada dewan guru. “iyaa, santai dulu. Silakan bapak, ibu guru ngeteh cantik dulu” ucap ibu komite tersebut mengomentari perkataan seorang guru tersebut.
Dengan beberapa potong makanan ringan dan segelas teh panas, guru – guru duduk melingkar di ruangan yang telah sepi dari anak – anak dan orang tua murid. Setelah lima belas menit, seorang ibu komite mempersilakan para guru untuk masuk ke kelas masing – masing untuk menemui peserta didik nya.
Setelah merapikan piring kecil sebagai alas makanan dan gelas, mereka satu persatu berjalan menuju kelas. Termasuk penulis, yang pada hari ini peserta didik penulis belajar di Sentra Seni. Rekan penulis sudah terlebih dulu masuk kelas.
“Terimakasih bunda teh nya” ucap penulis kepada ibu komite, yang kemudian penulis berjalan menuju kelas Sentra Seni. Saat penulis lewat depan kelas yang kaca jendela nya terlihat bening dari dalam, terdengar suara dari dalam kelas. “itu pak fajar”, ” pak faaajar”, teriak beberapa peserta didik laki – laki memanggil nama penulis.
Ketika penulis membuka pintu kelas, semua peserta didik laki – laki berlari dari tempat duduk nya mendekati penulis sambil berteriak menyebut nama penulis dan menyodorkan sebatang coklat ternama yang terikat pita. Mereka berikan coklat tersebut kepada penulis, “pak fajar, ini untuk pak fajar. Selamat Hari Guru”, ” Selamat Ulang Tahun Pak”, ucap mereka dengan polos nya.
“Terimakasih semua nya, Yaa Alloh gemuk deh hari ini pak fajar makan coklat” ucap penulis yang disambut tawa para orang tua yang ada didalam kelas. “Anak – anak peluk dan cium pak fajar dong” Ucap penulis kepada mereka yang langsung memeluki dan menciumi penulis.
Setelah penulis dan rekan penulis beramah tamah dengan orang tua yang ada, tiba – tiba pesan singkat dari Ibu Kepala Sekolah masuk di whatsap grup sekolah. Beliau menginformasikan kepada seluruh guru dan karyawan untuk menikmati baso, empek – empek, sop buah dan beberapa menu makanan lainnya selesai Sholat Dzuhur nanti.
Maka pada siang harinya, Guru dan Karyawan KB, TK Islam PB Soedirman menikmati makanan tersebut sebagai rasa syukur di Hari Guru ke 73 Tahun ini.
TERIMAKASIH kepada Komite Sekolah yang telah menyelenggarakan kegiatan yang Meriah dan penuh haru pada hari guru.
